|
All tanks in Steel Beasts Professional can be equipped with either mine
plows or rollers. In addition, an M113 with functional MICLIC trailer is
modeled, as is an engineer M113, which can automatically mark a breach
lane.
This provides a way to train and rehearse complete breaching operations. The soldiers have to
detect and reconnoiter the dimensions of the obstacle. The artillery
observer calls for a smoke screen to disguise the breach attempt. Then the MICLIC moves in under cover and creates a first lane which is then proofed
by mine rollers or plows. Finally the engineers mark the
entrance and exit of the lane through the obstacle, and the main body of the
force can pass through. |
