Wibu Systems just announced the release of a new CodeMeter runtime version 5.10. eSim Games intends to ship it with the next update of the Personal Edition (and all other custom builds of SB Pro). This is significant because in principle this new runtime version will no longer need Java or ActiveX on the web depot page whenever a ticket needs to be activated.
A few more steps will be necessary to make that work, especially an upgrade of the License Central server which dispenses the licenses to the web depot. This server will be migrated to a new hosting company and location in the coming week. From this move we expect a higher uptime, better system monitoring, and faster response times in case of service requests. We are confident that with these steps we will restore the quality of service to all our customers to a level that meets our own standards.
